From social media, news, work and everything else that can trigger stress, make self care a priority on your list — these self care hacks may only take 30 minutes or less and will cost you nothing.
1. Take a soothing hot shower or bath — come clean and let the stress go down the drain.
2. Find 10 clothing items you haven’t wore in the past three months and create a bag of clothes to drop off at a donation center. Sometimes doing good for others can bring on positive feelings.
3. Turn your phone off for 30 minutes. Sometimes unplugging is all you need to do to put you in the right headspace.
4. Rearrange your personal space. You will be surprised on how moving a few pieces of furniture around can make a difference and bring joy to you.
